Appointments

Our office works by appointment because we recognize the value of your time and desire to serve you efficiently. Every effort is made to see our scheduled patients on time. Occasionally emergencies arise that may cause the delay of your appointment. We will make every effort to keep such delays to a minimum and will keep you informed of delays that occur.

Please take a moment to check out our Forms section to fill out new patient documents to help speed up your wait time.

We take patient care very seriously and offer significantly longer appointment times for each patient compared to any other practice. We recommend you to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first appointment and on time for future appointments. This will improve the flow of the practice. If you are running late, we may request you to reschedule your appointment for a later time. Occasionally, we may be running late in certain situations where we might have had to treat a patient needing emergency care, admission etc.

Please respect our time that is allotted to you to help us stay on schedule and minimize waiting time for you as well as other patients. We may also need to see our new patients more frequently to address all the medical conditions in depth and we will decrease the frequency of visits once the conditions are well controlled. Our ultimate goal is to offer you, the best health care.

In order to provide quality care to our patients, improve access and to minimize waiting for appointments, our office has adopted the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel the appointment for any reason, we require you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We appreciate you notifying us about any change in appointment as soon as you are aware. We also recommend you reschedule that appointment as soon as possible, preferably within 1 to 2 weeks time.

Your appointment time is reserved for you and your provider and the office staff, failure to keep your scheduled appointment or cancelling with less than 24 hour notice, will result in a charge of:

These are not billable fees and are patient’s responsibility to pay.


After the 3rd missed appointment, you will no longer be able to receive care at Houston Primary Care.


You will be discharged with a 30 day grace period for emergency care while you try to find a new provider. We would not be able to waive these fees as they cover our staff costs. We request you to cooperate with us in order to be available to you and other patients when you need us the most. Please have your most current insurance cards and information available each time you check in.
