Appointment Information

We schedule longer appointment times than most practices because we want to provide each patient with the care and attention they need. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes early to your first appointment, and please arrive on time for future appointments. If you are running late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Please understand that once you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time for you. New patients may need to visit us more frequently to address medical conditions in depth. We will decrease the frequency as needed. Please have your most current insurance cards and information with you at each visit.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We also recommend that you reschedule the appointment within one to two weeks.

A cancellation fee will be charged if you miss your appointment or provide us with less than 24-hours notice. This fee is not billable and must be paid by the patient.
